Second set of sketches are due Wednesday, February 20th. This is 10 more sketches making a total of 20.

Sketchbooks Due

Art and Design 2200 and 3200 students are reminded that their first set of 10 sketches are due on Wednesday, November 14th. Marks are based on experimentation and showing practice!

Art and Letters Competition

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador's Annual Arts and Letters Competition is open to all students who are interested in various areas of the Arts. Please see competition guidelines and entry forms or speak to Ms. Channing in room 134. Deadline for work is Nov 16th. 

 

Colour Theory

Art and Design 3220 students reviewed colour theory. Paintings included Primary, Secondary, Warm or Cool and Monochromatic colour schemes. 

Fall Leaves

Grade 8's practiced using watercolour to create fall leaf collages. 

One Point Perspective Drawings

Some Drawings done by Art and Design 2200 using Linear Perspective.
