Art Challenge #1

So here is my first challenge. You can complete it in your sketchbook if you have one or just on plain paper. If you feel the desire, you can email me your finished work or post to Twitter (@HTH_art ).

Rip a section out of a magazine, newspaper, flyer etc and draw/continue your image. See unfinished example bellow.

To all my students...

Hello to all my students!

I'm finally getting around to posting some things to my blog. I hope you are all well during this stressful time.

I will be adding some art challenges for you all. Definitely not mandatory but for those who are looking for a creative outlet or are just looking for something to do, I thought these little challenges could be fun. You could do all or complete the odd one.

I miss our daily encounters, funny chats and endless creativity. I hope to see you all soon!

SPARK THE CONVERSATION Poster Contest

image13

“Spark The Conversation” is a creative contest where young people are asked
to *draw or design a picture of how the concept of accessibility makes them
FEEL*. It is hoped that these efforts will spark a broader conversation on
how accessibility in the built environment benefits us all.

The contest is open to all young people (Grades K-12) in Newfoundland and
Labrador, with an easy online submission process for both young people and
their families. You can view the prizes and information on the attached
student flyer or at www.udnnl.ca or www.universaldesignnetwork.com
